"I've had Synergy/Create 300B, 6SN7, 5AR4, 12AX7, 12AU7 and EL84. Every single tube type was ultra competitive to the best I'd heard and in many cases my favorite. A common thread would be dynamic, clean, extended and 'bold'. I'm quite experienced with 300B to be very confident with that assessment. I've played around with various 5AR4 including Mullard equivalents and found the Synergy best. I've not heard many popular 6SN7 NOS types so there I'm on thinner ice. A euro 24.000 Concert Fidelity preamp a reader loaned me for a few months had gone through a number of 12AU7 and, as delivered, ended up with Synergies. Not sure this post is ultra specific as to the original inquiry but it might add some data points. And in my usage, no failures either

My first impressions are that it is more detailed, more neutral and much tighter / grippier in the bass, it sounds very promising indeed. I shall listen to it much more over the weekend, but so far I am very pleased with it, it sounds like a great step forward. i will give you a further update when I have listened to it more extensively. Even right out the box they already sounded better than the sovteks I was using, more detailed basses, better soundstage. Overall the sound was already more lush. I?m just biding my time until the tubes are at their optimum. Erik/Netherlands
The tubes are really making music now, very detailed, you can hear the lips of the artist move. The soundstage is fabulous, you can pinpoint the instruments, very well balanced music representation. My HD800, mr Broskie?s Aikido design and your tubes definitely form a golden trinity. Next project will be a 300B amp with your tubes. Erik/Netherlands
