Cosy flat with a HUGE backyard in DONCASTER, Victoria for sale

I’ve got a spare room in my little "cabin" based out in Doncaster that I am looking at renting out.
We are part of a sub divided house, there is a family of four in the front section (we share the laundry) and myself out the back in a 2 bedroom unit like setup. Massive backyard (with a trampoline) and a park next door. The flat is fully furnished excluding the bedroom that would be yours- that comes with a huge built in wardrobe. It isn’t the biggest room, but it’s not like you’re in a case under the stairs either. The house itself has character. Rent would be$ 561 monthly due on the 20th, and the bills are split four ways.
A bit about me – I’m a 25 year old country girl, work full time in property development in South Yarra, lived out of home for seven years, in both share houses and by myself. I wouldn’t say that I have OCD about cleaning – but I do like the house cleansih.. if it gets to the point that the dishes are growing legs and are chasing the pets around- well that’s a whole other story!
That brings me to the next point. I have two rescue cats and an 18 month year old lab x fox terrier. So who ever comes in NEEDS to be great with pets. All are very friendly, and kind of sleep inside. Saying that while I am at work or out of the house the dog is outside or with me.
Ok so for the future housemate- relaxed, chilled out, employed full time. Not a hermit and is always keen for a giggle and glass of wine or beer! If you’ve got a dog with you – they have to be good with cats and other dogs, but I’m fine with it.
